Job Description:
We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Extrusion Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong hands-on background in profile extrusion processes, along with proven leadership abilities.
Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate the extrusion process to ensure efficient production and quality output.
• Train and mentor production staff on operating extrusion machinery and adhering to safety protocols.
• Monitor production schedules and adjust workflows as necessary to meet deadlines and customer demands.
• Conduct regular quality checks on finished products to ensure they meet company standards and customer specifications.
• Troubleshoot any issues that arise during the extrusion process and implement corrective actions.
• Maintain equipment and work areas in a clean and organized manner to ensure a safe and productive work environment.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in industrial technology is preferred.
• Strong technical knowledge of extrusion machinery and processes, including setup, operation, and troubleshooting.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and support a team to achieve production goals.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality products that meet customer specifications.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and protocols related to manufacturing operations.
